Shelley has been with Smith-Dahlquist for more than 20 years starting out as a secretary in 1996. In 1998 she become the office manager and in 2016 fulfilled her dream to become a business owner in 2016 and becoming President. Shelley married her husband Johnnie in 1999 and together they have a beautiful daughter Katie who is currently attending Kishwaukee College. Shelley enjoys spending time with friends and family, fishing in MN, swimming,hiking and long bicycle trips along The Great Western Trail.

Johnnie has been with Smith-Dahlquist for 8yrs and was born and raised in Sycamore. He married his wife Shelley in 1999 and they have a beautiful daughter Katie who is currently attending school at Kishwaukee College. Johnnie has worked in the construction field since 1983 and very mechanically inclined and in 2016 became Vice President of Smith-Dahlquist. In his spare time he enjoys dirt car racing, fishing in MN, hunting, hiking, ATV trips, supporting his favorite sports teams, the Bears and the Blackhawks, and spending time with friends and family.
Brad has been with Smith-Dahlquist for over 20 years. He was born and raised in Sycamore. In 1999, he married his wife, Amy, and they have a wonderful 16 year old daughter, Morgan. In his free time he enjoys cooking for his friends and family, being outdoors hiking and vacationing. He is also very handy and enjoys building things around his house with Amy.
Justin has been an employee at Smith-Dahlquist for over 5 years. He lives locally, in 2011 he married his wife, Kelly, and has two adorable little boys, Corbin and Eliot. Justin is very mechanically inclined and enjoys spending a lot of time in his garage working on his 1953 Ford Custom Line. When he’s not in the garage, you can find him at car shows, outdoors camping, hiking or simply relaxing at home watching a movie, all with his family.
Cliff has been apart of the Smith-Dahlquist team for over 4 years now. He was born and raised in the DeKalb County area. He has been with his spouse, Crystal for over 15 years and they have three daughters– Cami and Dani, and Kady. Cliff is very mechanically inclined and enjoys spending time in his garage working on anything he can get his hands on. He also enjoys car shows and fishing with his family.
Kelsey joined the Smith-Dahlquist team in 2017. She graduated from Sycamore High School in 2007 and is now a student at NIU. In July of 2017, she married her husband, Dru, and is now a Step Mother to his 12 year old son, Tim. When she isn’t busy with school or work, she enjoys reading and watching horror shows. Also, Kelsey is a lover for cats!
Steve is a new addition to the Smith-Dahlquist team in 2017. He was born and raised in Elgin and moved to the area two years ago. Steve married his wife Erin in 2008 and they have two sons, Alexander and Donovan. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends and participating in all types of sports.
Ryan has been with Smith-Dahlquist since 2014. He was born and raised in Sycamore graduated from NIU in 1996. Ryan married his wife Kirstin in 2004 and they have three daughters: Reese 13, Ella 11 and Kylan 8. He has been in the HVAC industry since high school and has become a fireplace specialist since joining our team. Ryan enjoys spending time with friends and family, Chicago White Sox, playing softball and watching his girls play in various sports.
Kyle has been in the HVAC industry for over 5 years now. He enjoys working on cars, especially his mustang. He spends as much quality time with his girlfriend, Brook and raising four kids between the two of them. He also likes going to wineries and tinkering around the house and garage.
Evan joined out team in 2019. He is originally from Elgin but has worked within the industry for over 20 years – the last 6 years he’s worked locally in DeKalb County.
Evan and his wife, Melissa live in Sycamore, raising two kids, Evan Royal & Anelyse. On his off time he enjoys watching his kids sports activities, the KS Chief’s and spending time with his family.
Antwione joined our team in 2019. He is a DeKalb High School graduate and is getting married to his fiancé, Emily in 2020.
Antwione enjoys working on cars, outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with his two dogs, Kane & Kona.
